What the New Commerce Experience (NCE) from Microsoft Means for your Organization
The Microsoft New Commerce Experience will offer a new way to purchase licenses of applications for your team along with changes to prices starting March 1, 2022.
Currently, you may be paying month to month for your licenses whether your accounts increase or decrease. Any organization that does not change their licenses to a one-year commitment will be affected by a slight price increase.
There are only four different licenses from Microsoft that will be affected by the NCE program:
-
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium
-
- Office 365 E1
- Office 365 E3
Our recommendation is to find out how many licenses you’ll need in your organization for the next 12 months and switch over to a one-year commitment. This will lock you into the current prices you’re paying for your Microsoft licenses.
If you’re unsure of the licenses you currently have or need more information on the Microsoft NCE Program, reach out to us at support@copelandts.com.
